Santa Fe Bilingual School opened its doors with certain goals, including the development of motor skills and dexterity in preschool and elementary school, culminating in high school with training in a variety of sports. This has been a systematic effort to integrate academics with physical and spiritual growth in accord with our Humanistic educational vision. Below are just a few of our achievements:
Physical Education offers our youth the balance between the physical and cognitive. Practicing movement and acquiring coordination allows our students to excel in basketball, soccer, swimming, cycling, chess, and more, from preschool through elementary and high school.
Movement practice, presented with warm-up, practice, and cool-down, gives students the chance to learn through play, helping them to acclimate to their school environment in an enjoyable way.
In our sports fairs, students have the chance to demonstrate their skills and abilities. These include the "Santa Fe on Wheels" cycling event and the "Recreational Aquatic Festival," where students demonstrate different styles and talents, and also compete.
