Preschool Requirements
1.   Original and photocopy of last Achievement Report.
2.   Original birth certificate.
3.   Two recent passport size photos.
4.   Original and photocopy of vaccination card.
5.   I.N.S. insurance policy
6.   Vision test.
7.   Auditory test.

Elementary School Requirements
1.     Original birth certificate.
2.     Two recent passport size photos.
3.     I.N.S. insurance policy
4.     Behavior certificate, for new entries.
5.     Catechism certificate, if Catholic.
6.     Official transfer certificate.
a.     Certificate of completion of previous year.
b.     Sixth grade: Grades from 4th and 5th grades.

High School Requirements
1.   Birth Certificate from the Civil Registry.
2.  Two recent passport size photos.
3.   I.N.S. insurance policy
4.   Behavior certificate, for new entries.
5.   Official transfer certificate.
a.   Ninth grade: Grades from 7th and 8th grades.
b.   Tenth grade:Certificate of completion of 9th grade.
c.    Eleventh Grade: Grades from 10th grade.
6.   If the student is transferring from a school outside of Costa Rica, all documents demonstrating educational background and birth must be authorized by a Costa Rican Consul as required by law.
